As the Supply and Technical Services Coordinator, you will be at the main contact for our safety and industrial supply and technical services business divisions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will include:
- Supply Division Management: Oversee our supply division, including providing clients with product recommendations based on usage, quotes, invoicing, filling orders, coordinating deliveries, managing relationships with supply vendors, and managing inventory.
- Inspection Coordination: Coordinate inspectors to conduct inspections, with the opportunity for you to participate in inspections if qualified or interested. Prepare work orders and tags for equipment inspections and manage the preparation of inspection reports and certificates.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide customer service and satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support and assistance to clients regarding product selection, usage, and troubleshooting, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions and guidance.
- Administrative Duties: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Education and/or experience in occupational health and safety or business administration. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the safety and industrial supply, or technical services industry. Experience in customer service and technical support is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with safety products and understanding of regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Strong listening skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks is essential.
- Proven ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop practical solutions. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate complex challenges and changing priorities.
